Condoms don't sastify quality is just business,reality in our world.
life isnt perfect we need to perfect what concern people health and welfare,life isnt a play ground to joke with instead we should invest alot in abstainance,counseling,education.
I disapprove african government seriouness in fighting sexual related diseases they are not serious in making sure condoms are standard,quality.
western countries,asia,america stop dumping substandards condoms in AFRICA.
